Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations or requests for changes must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee at monjurm@aust.edu ,shariful.eee@aust.edu, gc.marscon26@aust.edu

No Refund Policy: Due to financial commitments required for IEEE MARSCON 2026 event planning, logistics, and IEEE publication fees, all registration fees are strictly non-refundable once payment is successfully processed. Registration is non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by the Conference Organizing Committee.
