IEEE MARSCON 2026 – Author Registration Terms and Conditions

General Scope:

By completing registration for IEEE MARSCON 2026, the registrant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable IEEE policies, code of conduct, and guidelines.

Author Registration & Publication Requirements:

At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the Author Rate by the specified deadline for the paper to be included in the official conference proceedings and submitted to the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.

Papers not presented at the conference by a registered author ("No-Show") will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore®, in adherence to IEEE No-Show policies.
